About Elle:  I was once a corporate tax lawyer who hoarded design magazines, read Apartment Therapy at my desk, and baked cookies late into the night.  I liked many things about my job -- my co-workers were great and I got to buy expensive shoes -- but I knew it wasn't my calling.


I left my law firm a few years ago and had two babies in rapid succession.  Now my job is taking care of my husband, our little boys, and our home.  Blogging is a way for me to connect with other people who love the same things I do.
