Spring Mantle

I've never done a mantle post, because my mantle is almost never "done."  Truth be told, I fear the mantle.  Mine never look right to me, and this one is no exception.  The mirror is fine, of course, and the wood candlesticks are always there.  It's the seasonal stuff that stumps me.  Too hodge-podge.  Ah, well.

My favorite part is my favorite flower, muscari (grape hyacinths).  They're from our yard.

In the background is a bowl of brown eggs that I posted about here.

The magnolia blossoms are from Z Gallerie, and the mother-of-pearl egg is from Homegoods.

There you go.  Hodge-podge, but spring-like in its own way.  I'll put mantles on my areas-to-improve list.

  1. It's very pretty, I like the simplicity and do not think it's hodge podge at all. Also those ZGallerie flowers and Home Goods egg are my favs! :)

  3. You may find considerably better specials by browsing on the
net. S., and UGG Australia was obtained by Deckers Out of doors Corporation (1995).
Preserve the brim down on the entrance and flip it up the again once again to harmony a sq.
Small, fragile prints can also be pretty flattering.
